Lately I've been thinking about today
Or rather what it will be like
When it becomes yesterday
Is it somewhat of forgetable day
Or is it part of the most important ones
Is it somewhat changing our DNA
Will we ever regret what was today
I start to feel a weird melancoly
About what's unfolding in front of me
Like we might be missing what's happening
Like we miss understand a clock's ticking
Maybe it isn't telling the time
But rather showing us what time it was
Oh rather showing us what time it was
